Weekly Goal update.

Here's my goals from this past week:

Sugar Intake Reduction - I didn't do so well last week, but with Memorial Day, and my mom's birthday it was more understandable.

One New recipe per week -I made a meatball pizza which was a new pizza, but that's the only new recipe I made.

Exercise  - Doing some form of exercise (video/walking) 5 days per week.

Read 1 good book per month - I need to find another book to read for this month.
