We had quite a week last week... started out by offering on a house, and after a counter offer, and a counter-counter offer it's looking like we'll be getting a house! It's exciting, but very time consuming. And if that wasn't enough excitement in our lives, my son decided he wanted to play in his room yesterday (he doesn't do that a lot) and pulled over his dresser. Luckily the worst of it was a small fracture in his middle finger. We spent 3 hours in Urgent Care today, so I'm just going to get on to the menu:

Monday: Stuffed Peppers (vegetarian)
Wednesday: BBQ Chicken Ranch Tostadas
Thursday: Leftover night
Friday: Gyros (sorry no photos - worst day of my head cold)
