This past week I decided to prep for PFB Challenge 5 by making a different kind of pizza each night and have you all vote for which one I should enter into the challenge (because after all that's what I do here...) You'll notice that we haven't had Pizza since Thursday (that is because Friday I learned I wouldn't be continuing on - that combined with other bad news took away all my ambition to finish my week of pizza.) In fact I did not make dinner Friday or Saturday! I may in the future try a week of pizza - it was fun for half of the week. I have some pizza ideas that I didn't get to last week. I'll be posting how to make Flan (which was my #4 entry next week - tomorrow I'm going to be sharing the chocolate cookie recipe ;).
Here's our menu:
Monday: Tomato Basil Pizza (sauce made from fresh garden tomatoes)
Tuesday: Cordon Bleu Pizza - this was the family favorite.
Wednesday: Left over pizza bar (We had almost a whole pizza of leftovers!)
Thursday: BLT Pizza
Friday: Pancakes (made by my husband)
Saturday: BLT sandwiches
Sunday: Taco soup (definately fall - I was craving taco soup so I made tortilla chips from scratch to go with them!)
