Goals - June 16-22

Here's my goals from this past week:

Sugar Intake Reduction - Did pretty well until we had a lemon blueberry cake and it was way too good.

One New recipe per week - I created a simple, easy dessert which I'll be sharing next week.

Exercise  - I varied my exercise this week - I did some major weed removal and walked a lot, I only did an exercise video once.

Read 1 good book per month - I need to find another book to read for this month.
