Here's my goals from this past week: 
Sugar  Intake     Reduction - I've done pretty well during the past week (except for yesterday - I was extremely tired so my self control was not very good.)
One  New   recipe per  week - All the recipes I made on Sunday were new.
Exercise  - I'm still doing  some form of exercise (video/walking) 5 days per week.
Read   1 good book  per  month - I need to find another book to read for this  month.
